American Express Costco True Earnings card offers $25 sign-up bonus

    September 11, 2008 - Posted in: Rewards

Get a $25 cash sign-up bonus when you apply for the Costco True Earnings reward credit card from American Express and make your first purchase.

This card carries no annual fee for Costco members, serves as both an American Express credit card and your Costco card, and comes with excellent cash back rewards. You’ll earn 3% cash back for gasoline and restaurants, 2% cash back for travel, 1% cash back everywhere else, including Costco. Plus, there’s no limit on how much cash you can earn, and no minimum spending amount required to earn the full rewards amounts.

Compare this to Blue Cash from American Express, which pays 5% cash back on gas purchases but only after you have charged $6,500 to the card within a year.
